Farmington, New Mexico—April 2, 2009—Wildwood Management Corporation-(OTC:WILDJ) (4IO:Frankfurt)—is re-locating the company’s head office and operations to Panama City. A South Central American financial center, Panama City, is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Panama.

Since the bulk of Wildwood’s assets are in South America, the company feels the necessity to have a presence near the mining operations and access to funding.

The company has also attained the services of an investor relations firm located in Panama that will be responsible for managing and enhancing the corporation’s shareholder base.
